Refund & Return Policy

We want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

✔ Return Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Manufacturing defects or wrong product delivered

  • Product must include original packaging and proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Items without original packaging

✔ Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued after product inspection

  • Refunds are processed via Bank / bKash / Nagad / Rocket

  • It may take 3–7 working days

RazWOO reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on return conditions.

Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your products in a quick and secure manner.

✔ Delivery Time:

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

✔ Shipping Charges:

Inside Dhaka: BDT 60–80

Outside Dhaka: BDT 120–150

✔ Order Confirmation:

Orders are only confirmed after customer verification via phone/SMS.

✔ Delivery Partner:

We work with reliable couriers such as Sundarban, Pathao Courier, Steadfast, and others.
